Paul Brosnan RPA, Chief Executive Officer
Armed with a business and finance management degree and holds the RPA designation, Paul has been in the operational and financial industry for over 21 years, serving in C-Level and Director roles in automotive, manufacturing, and the healthcare sector. Paul has a proven track record of attaining corporate mandates, and leading the day to day operational and financial management of many successful companies. During his tenure, Paul managed budgets up to $200M.
From his extensive experience, Paul has specialized in operational growth strategies and execution, financial analysis and planning, business valuations, futureproofing business performance and its assets. His proven expertise has allowed him to quickly develop mitigating solutions to the risks businesses face today.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, has a passion for classic cars, and getting his hands dirty under the hood. He is also an avid Star Wars fan.
Farid Ahmad, Founder
Farid Ahmad is the C.E.O. and founder of the Dealer Solutions Group, comprising of Dealer Solutions North America, Auto Careers Group and Right Fit Plus. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry across North America and the U.K., his knowledge and expertise has successfully built and grown these companies across Canada and the United States.
After working in the retail automotive industry for the last 30 years in the U.K., the United States and Canada, Farid is considered an industry expert in recruitment and hiring. As such he have been invited to be a guest speaker for Chrysler Canada, Porsche Canada, various Provincial Dealer Associations as well as other automotive industry groups.
Farid was educated in the U.K. where he also worked for many years in various sales oriented positions in the retail automotive industry. Eventually, he immigrated to Canada and continued to work in Canada and the United States. He is also a graduate of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy.
Kim Ahmad, Founder
Kim Ahmad is the Co-Founder and Vice President of RightFit Plus. Kim has over 30 years of experience in the Retail Automotive Industry, working in her family’s Ford Dealership, as a Recruitment Specialist in the Auto Industry and then as a Human Resources Manager for a Canadian Car Dealer Group.
In 2016 Kim and her partner were presented with an opportunity to purchase the Canadian rights to an employment testing system that they had been using since 1997 for their recruitment agency. Kim decided at this time to leave the Retail Automotive Industry to focus on developing RightFit Plus as a Premier Pre-Employment Testing and Screening company across Canada.
Kim’s knowledge of Recruitment and Human Resources has been instrumental in the business development of RightFit Plus as she understands first hand the need that many businesses have to incorporate or improve upon their current hiring process with Personality testing and background screening of potential new hires.
Away from work Kim and her family volunteer their time and resources at the Hope of Life Mission who’s focus is on saving high-risk babies and children from the mountains of Guatemala.
Peter Tsirlis, I.T. Director
Peter is a veteran of developing and managing database driven web applications and digital content for organizations and individuals. As an early adopter of the internet, during the mid 90’s he transitioned from a career in Sales to web development. In the late 90’s, he developed an online Social Activities network and later on co-developed an automotive insurance appraisal network.
During the 2000s, after developing various Social networking and online retailing applications, Peter was hired to build and manage a CMS for the Logistics Industry and developed various web sites for a renowned motivational and keynote speaker.
In 2008, he was acquired by Dealer Solutions Group (DSG), a premier consortium of automotive companies to develop a marketing web portal. Currently working as DSG’s IT Consultant and Principle Developer, he manages their Office IT network and infrastructure, web databases and their numerous web sites.
Melody Brown, Regional Sales Manager
Melody is an accomplished business development and account management professional with over 20 years of successful sales experience in the rewards recognition industry. Her proven track record of rapidly building strong relationships at multiple levels within many organizations has paved her high performance at effective prospecting, lead generation, competitive analysis and effective, consultative communication. She has a strong understanding of client business objectives and a keen ability to identify stakeholders, cultivate interest and articulate value, while ensuring continuity throughout the sales cycle. With her strong passion for sales and performance excellence, she has a solid educational foundation with additional certifications from Harvard Business Publishing. Melody’s experience and outgoing personality has been a value add to our team.
Melody loves working out in her spare time, enjoying an enlightening book, as well as cooking, decorating, and playing sports.
